Each residence offers senior-friendly apartments from studios to two-bedroom flats, furnished and equipped, in a secure setting with an on-site team day and night.

Designed for independent seniors, our residences are not nursing homes: they are private apartments with shared common areas, plus an a-la-carte set of services (home-cooked meals, activities, home help, concierge). A reassuring alternative between living at home alone and moving into a medicalised facility.

Rents from EUR 702 per month. French housing benefits (APL, ALS), the APA personal autonomy allowance and a tax credit on services may be available depending on your situation — our team will walk you through what applies to you.
